Cauliflower Bites

I have been experimenting with cauliflower a lot lately!! Like in this sweet Cinnamon Cauli Pie or this savory Cauliflower Pie.  After making both recipes, I had some cauliflower leftover.  What to do with it...
Make some crunchy Cauliflower Bites!!
Since the only real ingredient is cauliflower, these little guys are so low calorie, fat free, and very healthy!!

The only other ingredients you will need to make these are non stick spray and any seasonings you like.  I kept them super simple and just used some coarse sea salt.
Just cut up your cauliflower, rinse, and pat dry.

Put it in a bowl and lightly spray with non stick cooking spray.  You could use olive oil, but I wanted to keep it very low calorie and fat free :)
After you spray it, just add whatever seasonings you wish! You could do salt and pepper, paprika, garlic, maybe salt and vinegar?! Go crazy or keep it simple.

Spray your baking pan too and spread them around.
One more sprinkle of salt and into the oven.  They do take a while...be patient, they will be worth it!
350 for about 30-40 minutes.

When they are golden brown and crispy, they are done!!
They smell amazing too! You can seriously eat a ton of this with NO guilt! Great if you are a volume eater like me!

This whole plate is only about 30 calories!!
Fat free, guilt free, and delicious! A great way to sneak some veggies into your diet!

Yum!!
You know you want to go make some right now!
Enjoy :)
