Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

I recently received a very generous and wonderful package of peanut butter from
I did a full review on their fantastic peanut butter that you can check out here. Since I had enough peanut butter to feed a small village, I decided to try baking some cookies with it!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies!!

All you will need is...
Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter, canned pumpkin, chocolate protein powder, quick oats, vanilla, baking powder, and sweetener if you want.
*You can use any flavor of peanut butter and protein! Get creative!!*

Mix together all your ingredients in one bowl.
Super simple!

I usually don't even measure the peanut butter...one BIG spoonful!!
Heaven on a spoon!

The batter will be kinda sticky.  Just make drop cookies on your baking sheet.  I highly recommend a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
I got ten nice sized cookies.  Into the oven which is preheated at 350 for 15-18 minutes.  Of course you can make them bigger or smaller and just adjust the baking time.

Get ready... Your house is going to smell absolutely amazing!!
Is there anything better than chocolate peanut butter cookies?!

What if I told you that the entire batch is only 300 calories?!
True story!!! You can eat all ten cookies with no guilt!

I love having these for breakfast after a tough workout.
They are also packed with 20 grams of protein! I don't know about you, but I love cookies for breakfast!

With all the different kinds of peanut butter and protein out there, the flavor possibilities are really endless!
Smooth PB and Vanilla Protein
White Chocolate Wonderful PB and Peanut Butter Fluff Protein
Crunchy PB and Cookies & Cream Protein

Mighty Maple PB and Caramel Sutra Protein
I could go on...and on...and on...

Peanut Butter & Co.

Peanut Butter has got to be one of my all time favorite foods!! That's right, I love it so much that I don't even consider it a condiment, it is a food!! I came across Peanut Butter & Co. a while ago when I first tried their White Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter.  I heard they had lots of other flavors and was dying to try some! This amazing company sent me an extremely generous box of goodies to sample!
So much peanut butter!! It was better than Christmas Day when I open this package! Seriously!

They sell these really nifty boxes that contain six different flavors.
What an amazing gift this would be! I can already think of at least four people that will be receiving one of these next Christmas!

Ok, make that five...I will have to send one to myself too!
There are so many amazing flavors! Dark Chocolate Dreams, White Chocolate Wonderful, The Bee's Knees, Mighty Maple, Smooth Operator, Crunch Time, Cinnamon Raisin Swirl, The Heat is On, Old Fashioned Smooth, and Old Fashioned Crunchy. That is a total of 10 different flavors!

Not only did I receive enough peanut butter to last me for months, but I also got a super sweet tumbler!
You can never have too many of these!

I could not wait to start the tasting party!
I am a very indecisive person so you can imagine how hard it was for me to choose which flavor to try first!

Since it was breakfast time, I decided to start my day off with some oatmeal.  Not just any oatmeal though....
Some Mighty Maple Oatmeal! I cooked my oats nice and thick, drizzled some sugar free syrup on them, and put a BIG spoonful of the Mighty Maple peanut butter right in the middle.

Oh my goodness was this delicious! I kinda sorta have a maple syrup addiction...legit put it on everything!
I let it get a little melty and dug in!! That bite was to die for!

Ok, snack time...
I am huge fan of dipping...

This little lion was not complaining at all when I dunked his head in a pool of Dark Chocolate Dreams!
And I was not complaining at all when I bit his head off!! This stuff is so chocolatey and creamy.  Way better than Nutella!

Time for lunch!!
Honestly, what is better than a good old peanut butter and jelly sandwich!?

Nothing, nothing is better!
This just might have been the best PB&J I ever had! The Smooth Operator is so creamy! Childhood memories :)

Ready for another snack yet? Well I am!
The White Chocolate Wonderful is perfection! Seriously one of the best things I have ever tasted! I am pretty sure I could eat only this peanut butter with pretzels forever and be perfectly happy :)

Need a healthier alternative for dessert?
Frozen banana slices topped with a generous amount of The Bee's Knees!

It is cold, creamy, sweet, and actually good for you!
Something about peanut butter and bananas. Can't beat it!

Now if you are fan of crunchy peanut butter, you will not be disappointed with Crunch Time!
Look at all that chunky goodness!

This was amazing on a caramel rice cake!
Crunchy rice cake with crunchy peanut butter!

Such an amazing snack!
Would make a nice breakfast too! Just don't try to eat this in a quiet place...CRUNCH!

I will admit I was a little apprehensive about The Heat Is On...
But then I thought...why not use it as a dip for some carrot sticks and pretzel nuggets? No different than any other spicy dip.

Not gonna lie, this was a little too spicy for my mild tongue...
No worries!! My spice loving husband will gladly take care of this jar for me! He is actually pretty excited to try using it as a spicy peanut sauce for his next stir fry! So if you love spice, you will love this peanut butter!

If you know me at all, you know how much of a snacker I am!! Snacks, snacks, snacks...all day long!
Love the Cinnamon Raisin Swirl! So much great cinnamon flavor and there are even little bits of raisins swirled throughout. This is great as a dip or spread for crackers, pretzels, or animal crackers.

Need another idea for breakfast!?
Ok, well I actually had this for lunch...but you get the idea.  Mighty Maple on a cinnamon vanilla english muffin! Oh my! "Yum" is all I have to say!

Now the hardest part is picking my favorite...
I am going to have to call it a tie between White Chocolate Wonderful and Mighty Maple! Coming in at a VERY close 2nd and 3rd would be Dark Chocolate Dreams and The Bee's Knees!

They are all amazing as a spread, dip, or my favorite way...
Just the jar and a spoon :)

Oh yea, and we all know peanut butter can make you thirsty!
Good thing I got my super cool Peanut Butter & Co. tumbler!

The great thing is that a lot of local grocery stores carry these peanut butters! If you can't find them near you, just place an order online! They also have jams, jellies, marshmallow fluff, snacks, nuts, oat, and baking mixes.  Don't forget to check out their YouTube Channel too! Lots of great recipe ideas there.

Thank you Peanut Butter & Co.  I will be enjoying my peanut butter for quite some time :)

P28 Review

Ok, I have really been missing out!! Why did it take me so long to try P28 products?! I stumbled upon this company a while back.  They have high protein foods such as bagels, flatbread, regular bread, and peanut butter.  As a vegetarian, I sometimes struggle to get enough protein so I was really excited when I discovered these goodies.

I looked into the background of this company and loved their story!! It was developed by 3 brothers and their trainer/nutritionist.  The brothers were in the bakery business and used to be overweight and out of shape.  You should see them now! Wow!! They didn't want to give up bread (who would?!) so their trainer became their partner in developing these wonderful products!!

The company was so amazing and sent me some things to try!
I didn't know what to eat first!

There was 5 different peanut butters.
Peanut butter, signature blend, banana raisin, white chocolate, and almond butter.

Also, three different high protein bread products!
I LOVE carbs so having carbs that are also high in protein is so awesome.  Flatbread, sandwich bread, and a bagel.  The bagel and the flatbread both had 28 grams of protein in them!! That is without anything else on them.  One slice of bread has 14 grams or protein.  You could make a seriously high protein sandwich with two pieces of this bread!

I decided to try the flat bread first.  This thing is HUGE! I took half and spread the regular peanut butter all over it.
The entire flat bread is only 260 calories with 7g fat, 27g carb, and 28g protein.

How good does that look?
Remember, that is just half of the flat bread!!!

I couldn't wait to take a bite.
So good!!! It has so much flavor! Perfect paired with the peanut butter.

Ok, now for the other half...
Peanut butter roll up.  I liked it even better this way.  The bread is nice and soft so it rolls up easily.  Not like some of those low carb, low fat flat breads that are hard and stiff. The almond butter was great with this.

For breakfast the next day I couldn't wait to try the whole wheat bagel.  Bagels are absolutely one of my favorite foods!  Especially bagels with fat free cream cheese.
Nailed it!!

The nutritional facts are crazy on this! Only 260 calories.
7F 25C 28P
I have never seen any bagels with those kind of numbers.
The bagel is so soft! It has just the right amount of chewiness too.  It is a very hearty bagel with oatmeal on top and sunflower seeds throughout it.

This breakfast kept me full and happy all morning :)
It would make a really great egg sandwich! I am sure it would be good with some cheese and lunchmeat too.  Of course it would taste great with some P28 peanut butter!

I knew exactly what I was going to have for lunch.
Pb&J!! My all time favorite!

I used the regular P28 peanut butter for this and it was delicious! Add a little sugar free strawberry jelly and I was in heaven.  The bread has a similar (and amazing) taste and texture as the bagel.  Very soft and slightly chewy.  The brothers did not sacrifice the flavor for healthiness at all when they came up with this!
One slice of bread is only 130 calories with 3.5 grams of fat, 12 grams of carb, and 14 grams of protein! So not only is the bread super high protein, but the peanut butter packs an extra 14 grams! I could eat this for lunch everyday.

Now, what to do with all the rest of the peanut butter...
So smooth and creamy!! Each serving is about 200 calories and 13F 7C 14P.  They vary a bit, but have very similar macros.

One of my favorite combos!
Loved it!!

Some people think this one is a bit odd...but carrots and peanut butter are out of this world!
Or carrots and almond butter :)

Everybody loves this combo!!
Oh goodness! With the banana raisin flavor! These were gone in like .2 seconds!

Any possibly the most fun...
Animal crackers with the white chocolate peanut butter.  The white chocolate is my all time favorite.

This little lion was in heaven before I bit his head off...
So good!

So, if you have not yet tried P28 products, you need to go here and order some right now! You will not be disappointed!  I am just sad that I didn't try their stuff earlier! I have not seen these items in any stores around me yet, but I know they are in some grocery and specialty stores.  You can type in your zip code here and see if they are sold at locations close to you. What are you waiting for!?
